Sue Sheerin has over twenty years' experience in teaching and teacher-training in ELT. Her interests include self-access, lexis, phonology, language comprehension and teacher training. She has taught at the Colchester English Study Centre and on the Mphil Course at the Research Centre for English and Applied Linguistics of the University of Cambridge. With Oxford University Press Sue has co-authored Spotlight on Britain. From 1986 until January 2000 she was Head of Studies at the Bell School, Cambridge, and is now the Director of the Sussex Language Institute at the University of Sussex.
